1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing TradeQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by Bessel Solutions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Free Tier & Pro Subscriptions
The Free Starter tier allows up to 3 quotes/invoices a week with full offline features. TradeQuote Pro offers unlimited documents, custom logos, cloud synchronization, and financial reporting. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (or Apple App Store upon launch) and can be canceled anytime via your store account settings.
3. 7-Day Free Trial
New Pro subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. If canceled before the trial period concludes, your account will not be charged.
4. User Responsibility for Quotes and Agreements
TradeQuote provides tools for estimating, invoicing, and recording digital client signatures. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your pricing, local licensing, tax calculations, and compliance with local contractor laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bessel Solutions provides TradeQuote on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bessel Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
