TradeQuote ("we", "our", or "us"), provided by Bessel Solutions, is engineered with a strict offline-first local architecture. We believe your estimates, pricing formulas, customer contact lists, and job records belong entirely to you.
2. Information Handled Locally on Your Device
For all users, documents created in TradeQuote (estimates, invoices, client names, line items, and digital finger signatures) are stored directly on your device. We do not inspect, monetize, or sell this data.
3. Cloud Backup for Pro Subscribers
When you subscribe to TradeQuote Pro, your documents are synced to our encrypted cloud infrastructure to enable multi-device sync and disaster recovery. All transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
4. Analytics and Cookies
On this website (usetradequote.com), we use Google Analytics 4 strictly with IP anonymization and user consent. If you choose "Essential Only" on our cookie consent banner, non-essential tracking is completely blocked.
5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to export your data (via CSV export directly in the app) and request full deletion of any cloud backups by contacting privacy@besselsolutions.com.
